The STEP Club at Afraha Secondary School was featured in the Young Farmers Club Program on Project 254 for their work on rabbits and small-scale farming on the demonstration fields. The program highlights the success of the different initiatives introduced by President Uhuru Kenyatta.

On this feature, the show highlights the progress made after the revival of the 4-K clubs in primary schools and the Young Farmer Clubs in secondary schools. Meanwhile, the program’s broader objective is to attain food security and encourage youths in Kenya to embrace agriculture-based careers and take agriculture as an economic activity.
