Impressed by the success recorded at Fasola Grammar School, the Oyo State government has indicated interest in extending the STEP project to the six geopolitical zones in the state. The decision was taken after the state Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde inaugurated the first agribusiness incubation centre established by STEP in the state at Fasola.

The government said the move would extend the benefits of STEP to more students as the program would be implemented in six additional schools identified by the STEP-Oyo team. The implementation began in two schools in Ibadan – Bishop Philips Academy and Methodist High School in September 2020.
